This policy aims to establish and inform the rules for the use of cookies by INNER AI. These rules apply to all individuals accessing the INNER AI website, which uses cookies for its operation, being the responsibility of all to be aware of and adhere to this policy.

2. WHAT ARE COOKIES?

2.1. 3.1. There are first-party cookies and third-party cookies. In the case of the INNER AI website, the following cookies are used:

  • a. First-party or primary cookies: these are cookies set directly by INNER AI. These types of cookies include information such as login credentials, shopping cart, or preferred language.
  • b. Third-party cookies: these are cookies created by a domain different from INNER AI. They result from functionalities of other companies that are incorporated into the site, for example, the display of advertisements.

4.1. There are several categories of cookies, however, the INNER AI website will restrict itself to the following categories:

  • a. Necessary cookies: these are used for the website to perform basic functions and operate correctly. Therefore, collecting information is essential to ensure the electronic page's operation or for the adequate provision of the service. Thus, activities considered strictly necessary include those related to the specific functionality of the service, i.e., without them, the User would not be able to perform the site's main activities. This category is limited to what is essential to provide the service requested by the holder, not covering non-essential purposes that serve other interests of the controller.

5. REJECTION AND DELETION OF COOKIES

5.5. After the period in which personal data need to remain stored, these will be deleted from our databases or anonymized, respecting the legally provided hypotheses in art. 16 of the LGPD. That is, personal information that is necessary for compliance with legal, judicial, and administrative orders and/or for the exercise of the right of defense in judicial and administrative proceedings will be maintained, despite the deletion of other data.
