We are a small security team, so we’ve partnered with external security firms to conduct regular security reviews and trainings across different systems, such as: AI algorithms, Infrastructure, Codebase Audits, Mobile Apps, and Data Security.
AI Engine
Building an AI platform is complex, which is why Inner AI is built on top of advanced machine learning algorithms and has a proprietary layer of technology that refine each of the different models used. As for security, our AI engine is constantly updated with security fixes for new vulnerabilities, and we take staying up to date with the latest version of every model very seriously.
Data Protection
Inner AI uses secure cloud services for user authentication and data storage, with all data safely stored by default. We strictly limit access to production data and conduct regular audits with outside security firms to ensure we're not storing unnecessary personal data. Please check our privacy policy for a list of the user data we store.
Usage Analytics
To improve Inner AI, we collect telemetry data related to its performance and any issues that users may encounter. We collect this information to improve Inner AI and understand categories of issues that users are experiencing. We only observe the features users are engaging with and cannot see anything related to the conversations with AI, files uploaded to the platform, or contents created with Inner. Rest assured, we do not log any personal information data.

How does Inner AI handle sensitive information?
Inner AI is designed to handle sensitive information with utmost care. It does not store sensitive information beyond the duration of your session and the features you interacted with, and does not use it for any other purposes.
Can I delete my data from Inner AI?
Yes, you can request to delete your data at any time, simply go to the Account Settings menu. Once the request is processed, all your data will be permanently removed.
